GPA count mechanism
50 marks prescribed for assessment of SSC and HSC GPA scores of students.
SSC GPA Score x 4 = 20 (Maximum)
HSC GPA score x 6 = 30 (maximum)
Seat distribution
BSc in Nursing and Diploma in Midwifery courses and the number of thousand seats may increase due to government directives.

BSc in Nursing Admission Selection Process:
No admission test will be held for BSc in Nursing Admission 2022. Candidates will be selected based on their SSC and HSC exam results. There are 700 seats for admission in seven colleges. Each college has 100 seats for admission under the 2022-2023 academic year.
The Department of Nursing Services will hold a four-year nursing admission test. The Directorate of Nursing Services will publish the BSc in Nursing Admission Test Seat Plan earlier. The Directorate of Nursing Services (DNS) Bangladesh invites interested and eligible students for admission in the 4-year Bachelor of Science Bachelor’s course in Nursing. The course is available in seven nursing collages under the Directorate of Nursing Services (DNS) Bangladesh. There are seven nursing colleges for BSc in Nursing courses. These are Dhaka Nursing College, Chittagong Nursing College, Rajshahi Nursing College, Mymensingh Nursing College, Rangpur Nursing College, Barisal Nursing College and Sylhet Nursing College.
