Educational Qualification for Uttara Bank
- Assistant Officer (General)
(a) Graduate (Honours) degree from any recognized educational institution.
(b) Candidates should have minimum 4.00 GPAICGPA on 5.00 point scale and GPA in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination. A CGPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale or at least 3.75 on a 5.00 point scale in the Graduate (Hons) examination.
- Assistant Officer (Cash)
(a) Graduate (Honours) degree from any recognized educational institution.
(b) Candidates should have at least 3.00 GPAICCGPA on 5.00 point scale and at least 2.00 GPA/CGPA on 4.00 point scale in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination or at least 2.50 on 5.00 point scale in Graduation (Hons). test

Probation/Training, Confirmation and Salary Period for Uttara Bank
There will be a 01 (one) year probationary training commencing from the date of joining the service of the Bank. An Assistant Officer (General) will be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 28,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Thousand) only and an Assistant Officer (Cash) will be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 26,000/- (Rupees 26,000) only during the probationary period.
On successful completion of the probationary period, an Assistant Officer (General) will be confirmed in the scale of pay of Rs.15000-1000X8-23000-1500X15-455001 with other allowances admissible to the grade and 14000 with other allowances/benefits admissible to the grade of an Assistant Officer (Cash). -950X8-21600-1250X1540350/- to be confirmed in pay scale of Tk.
